Sports and Games

Indoor Games

  • Fun and Entertainment: The first and major benefit is the laugh component and pleasure that we derive out of indoor games such as Table Tennis, Chess, Ludo, carom board,
  • 1. Catching up on lost time
  • 2. Stress Management
  • 3. Improves the Functioning capacity of the brain
  • 4. Stimulate the mind and boost creativity
  • 5. Keeps the risk of Alzheimer’s or Dementia at bay
  • 6. Improves physical fitness
  • 7. Helps in overcoming failure
  • 8. Comfortable and safe space
  • 9. Play anytime, anywhere!

Outdoor games

  • Badminton, Tennikoit, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Throw ball, Cricket, Basket ball and Athletics.
  • Improves overall health: playing outdoor games improves overall health of a person. Outdoor games are also a form of exercise but more fun filled.
  • Helps in getting adequate sleep: When you play outdoor games, you get into rigorous physical exercise. So it automatically exhausts your body and when your body gets exhausted, you are bound to get enough sleep.
  • Boosts concentration: when you play outdoor games, obviously you are well concentrated on your target. Be it hitting the football or snapping in the basket ball, the player is concentrated on his target, the goal and the basket.
  • Innovative way to socialize: playing outdoor games could turn out to be an innovative way to socialize with your buddies. Especially for people who have a busy life and don’t have time to catch up with friends, playing outdoor games with friends can be a nice way to have a good time with them and that too in a healthy way!
  • A nice break from boring exercise routine: certain people who are health conscious never like to miss out on their exercise regime. But one can often get bored following the same exercise routine every day. So if you need a break from your daily work outs but still don’t want to miss out on health then you can play outdoor games instead of exercise.

Zen Time

  • Positive time out allows children (and adults) space to calm down until they are again functioning from their rational brain (the cortex)—so they can problem-solve and learn.
  • Positive time out encourages children to form positive beliefs about themselves, their world, and their behavior.
